December is a magical month. Our homes are filled with wonderful foods and decorations. Houses are lit up, celebrations are taking place and families are gathering. Photo opportunities are endless. However, many of these photo opportuntities are challenging. Read on for more about this month’s assignment and to learn how it ties in to this month’s speaker.

Our assignment for this month is “Thanksgiving” and the idea is that you should take an artistic picture of the thing you are most thankful for this year. Our September Assignment is called “Street Scenes”. What we see in day to day life provides great subject matter for our photography. And when traveling, taking street photos can sometimes really provide a view of the culture and flavor of the area we are visiting.
